Daniel was right, it was because I used Devuan and installed -dmo
packages when the overlay was active in the past, this broke current
dependencies once the overlay was over.
We need to take this into account as something that happens when
overlays are added and then removed. Also a simple script could be
there to cleanup all packages from an old overlay, that's what I did
to fix the problem: uninstall and reinstall all packages marked with
-dmo
