HEllekin and I have access and HK has a let's encrypt setup ready on

ACK for HSLT that is not just a DNS setting - so the only way to fix
it is to put a valid certificate there. I will try to make contact
with HK today, else will have to find an alternative way.

HK has a good setup based on the let's encrypt ACME client which is
more minimal and thrustworthy. the intention is to use that, document
it on the gitlab and then uniform use on all servers.
But I am not aware of the details. I believe he can fix it today.

Regarding browsing the packages I understand the need of browsing them
and gave a stab to a new software implementation that generates
webpages from Packages lists, but still have to finish that.
