Here you are an experimental packaging of VDEV for amd64 and i386:

http://gnuinos.org/unsystemd/

The repository is:

deb http://gnuinos.org/unsystemd jessie main
deb-src http://gnuinos.org/unsystemd jessie main

You can import the public key doing:

curl http://gnuinos.org/unsystemd/aitor_pk.asc | apt-key add -
