Two minor annoyance issues, and one curiosity, in today's install of
devuan-cli:

1] sudo is not installed by default

2] Even though the installer asked me my brand of English, it installed
a second spelling dictionary, 'ibritish'.

3] Why are both gcc-4.8 and 4.9 installed?
