As an FYI: "sup" is not a unique name.
sup[1] Software Upgrade Protocol version 20100519-1
There is a name conflict with this package. There doesn't appear
to be any active development[2], but there may be a few users[3].
You can find sup in wheezy, jessie, stretch and sid.
