There is a regression in the v2.2.0 release pertaining to mempool population (it will basically stay empty).

There is also a v2.2.0 issue in new code pertaining to softfork activation, limited to testnet3 (testnet requires different thresholds than mainnet).

I’ve patched both in the head of libbitcoin-blockchain/version2.
