I was at the scaling btc conference last weekend. Gavin was visibly
socially shunned.

I believe steps of compromise are now taking place since he felt powerless
without his reddit army to shill for him. Sometimes it takes an "irl" wake
up call for a egotist to see his throne is made of glass.
