/dev/bus/usb/* are USB devices, organized by the kernel-assigned USB bus
number and USB device number (i.e.
/dev/bus/usb/$USB_BUS_ID/$USB_DEVICE_ID). This includes not only USB
devices like mice and Web cameras, but also USB hubs and controllers.

Vdev creates the /dev/bus/usb/* device files as well.
