No. I installed sysvinit-core sysvinit sysvinit-utils, rebooted, and
then did:
# apt-get remove --purge --auto-remove systemd
# echo -e '\n\nPackage: *systemd*\nPin: origin ""\nPin-Priority: \
-1' >> /etc/apt/preferences.d/systemd
