Well, this possibly was the only missing one:

0) You usually prefer to have emacs already running somewhere, but if
you don't then you can open "file.txt" using:

emacs file.txt

1) to move around you can use arrow keys + PagUp/PagDown[*].

2) to insert or delete work as in nano

3) to save the current buffer to a file you use C-x C-s (i.e., "CTRL+x
followed by CTRL+s"). N.B.: you dont even need to release CTRL between
"x" and "s".

4) If you already have an emacs running and you want to open a file,
you use C-x C-f and then the name of the file (you can also use
tab-tab for auto-completion).

5) If you want to exit emacs you just use C-x C-c.

[*] If you don't want to do so, you can still use C-f for right
(Forward), C-b for left (Backward), C-n for down (Next), C-p for up
(Previous), C-v for PageDown and M-v for PageUp. "C-" stands for "hold
CTRL", while "M-" stands for "hold ALT.
