Ironically this very morning I got stuck trying to edit hard coded
network parameters and the keyboard map on a new VM install with no
working network, the usual flakey virtual console, vi/vim, and a
keyboard in Finnish when mine was in UK....

That was fun trying to get just a simple : (after it spent a while
figuring if I actually wanted Esc first!)

F2/F10 would have been so much easier :-)
