No, this cannot solve anything, as the "devuan" archive has only few
packages, the ones we modify to remove systemd, but it doesn't have all
overrides and, more important, it doesn't have a LOT of packages devuan
use.

The merged archive, on the other side, has the /pool/ directory empty
cause it's just a stub directory for a 302 redirect structure where
you have to parse the /merged/dists/ Packages files and then call
download by using things like /merged/poll/DEVUAN/... or
/merged/poll/DEBIAN/... and you will be redirect to the right
repository byt an HTTP 302 redirection.

In other words, debmirror isn't the right tool as it isn't built over
how amprolla build our repository, and anyway, it's too early to mirror
the repos at this stage.

Soon i will start to write a specific tool to mirror devuan
repositories.
