nop, not as a default ( or I badly missed something ;) ) , just an
alternative you can choose to install.

as I see it its would just be an alternative kernel you can choose to
install if interested.

since quite a few devuan users are and will be sysadmins, thats seems
to be an interesting option, very few distros support a grsec kernel
and its not always easy for everyone to build and install their own
patched kernel.
