That URL could be included by comments in "/etc/default/grub"
and "/etc/grub.d/40_custom" (whereas "41_custom" along the other
more "self-aware" scripts require a more substantial improvement).

Apart from that, recent developments show once again how important
it is to have choice. Linux' powers come from a wealth of
opportunity for building custom setups, not from its absence. :-)
