I wish, more people would do that.

Actually, I'd like to be a bit more rigious at that point:
as soon as you (licensee) use an software patent as an attack weapon
(IOW: you sue somebody based on that), the license voids immediately,
and individual companies owned by some big corporation are treated
as once entity here.
