A large scale seizure, also throw in some PTSD. In the past I've had
what they call grand mals and petit mals. The latest one was a grand
mal seizure. A grand mal seizure for more than a few minutes can kill
you due to breathing, impacts, other factors. in my case it fractured
a vertebra and compressed a vertebra. This has to do with an excess
of motion.

Neither grand mals nor petit mals can be in any way "conveyed" to
other persons. They are not contagious. You can find more about

In my community I normally have been in the (fairly recent) past brown
belt and assistant instructor at TKD helping instruct kids in
self-defense, for example. I also have helped coach and / or
assistant coach soccer (futbol if you are in spain / uk I guess) and a
whole bunch of mostly other community oriented stuff. I help with
repositories for the BTC Foundation and Lifeboat Foundation but also
have my own projects (my own github repositories), oriented around
giving (see http://abis.io), exploration, and other things like
ImmortalCode that I'm still trying to muddle through. I may be setting
up a very, very minimalist type of business next year, and I still
hope to, but this spinal injury has set me way, way back in many ways.
Little by little recovering though.
