Hello,

The logo looks great but I have doubts concerning the arrow:
as it is, pointing inwards, it can be taken as a sign of involution
(going smaller, down to 0) instead of evolution (getting bigger),
or, as in North hemisphere meteo charts, meaning a depression
(cyclone, bad weather) instead of high-pressure (good weather).
