The thing is, Drupal has explicit support for this. I'm not even sure any code
needs to be written for that! Even if yes, we can always ask to copy what
Trisquel's forum does :-)
Basically AFAIK it means installing a Drupal instance with 2 required modules:

I never tried any of that, but there's always a first time. If anyone has a
server - let's give this a try. IMHO.
