I really think it will be nice if we can write some type of core document
that will frame the project.

Here are a few propositions:

1)Simple and minimalistic is beautiful, it is our goal to saddle users with
as few dependencies as possible.

2)KISS, do one thing and do it well.
3)Let there be real alternatives, if a user wants to use the BFS scheduler
for example there must be no limitations in the rest of the system to stop
him or her.(Thanks to cgroups dependency this is impossible in systemd,
iirc uselessd has the same problem still.)
