I think this should be kinda self-evident to members with much
experience. No need to feel like you're on the offensive or annoying.

I agree with this, but the leadership seems not to care much to focus on
this right now. I think they don't care because they have enough
'internal' members working on their internal higher priorities that they
don't care to define why 'external' members might care to help. They
rely on the assumption that their vague website is clear enough.

And I won't tell you what stupid things they said on IRC when I asked
them about this since I want this project to succeed.
