Hi all,

First, I am not a coder and/or hacker. I have just been using Debian
as my main desktop OS and primary server OS when there has been a need
to, since Potato.
Perhaps you would consider me as one of the thousands you'll never
hear of but loyal to perhaps what was one of the best stable and fun
OS available for all to use and learn from.

To the point:
Not too sure who Erich Schubert is and don't care.
Never heard of Gregory Smith either.
But I strongly believe Gregory Smith has a point and a valid one.

I suspect Debian, RedHat and others cannot claim to be *nix anymore
and that is their chosen path.
Devuan I believe should not include systemd and the likes that would
go against remaining stable and reliable.
Perhaps the Devuan motto should be something like: "Free *nix for all"
and remain true to the *nix stability and reliability.

Migrating to Devuan is all I am waiting for and am avidly waiting to
change the sources.list file to point towards Devuan ftp servers.

That is my two cents.

We don't get any choice. Even the "anti-systemd" fork
is going with systemd. (As the above poster with his
all caps emphasis showed: it would be crazy to think
the fork against systemd would "NOT" include systemd.
Crazy! You Fool! Get out!!)

People have given you money to have an old style linux
without systemd. No systemd. Don't be soft and nice.

Otherwise this is fraud.
How do are refunds acquired?
