JL777 from the supernet says he can integrate a mesh network into the
Supernet if there's an easy to use C library.

Supernet is building a no BS privacy and anon network for transaction value

Slack channel!

Here's telepahy and teleport white papers, which go into detail as to the
tech they are building.

I'm not a developer, but It's not conceptually difficult to think of a mesh
network that rewards nodes with some kind of "proof of bandwidth".
