Any ideas on how to help them stay sovereign?

As I watched this and they mentioned no banking system I couldn't help but
want to go there to teach them Bitcoin and quad copter video
reconasance...maybe blockchain based voting and some mesh networks could
help their model for voting on things or some encrypted communications?

It really is inspiring and seems like a promising test bed that might
welcome any solutions.

If we had a task force that put together care packages of these solutions
and had some ninjas on the ground to teach them maybe it could help?
