I'd dare to say that the probability is very low. As someone already
mentioned current bitcoin's
market cap is way too low, imho.

An more to the point ISIS governs the region pretty well. They had
"retrieved" a lot of money
from banks of the city they conquered, there are plenty of
ISIS-controlled oil refineries and
wells etc. etc.

I really think they have access to a quite beefy cash flow.
