In a federal case, only the judge decides my sentence. Originally if I had
lost at trial (which is another conversation) I could face 30 Years from 3
charges including money laundering which is a biggie.

What I pleaded to was a much smaller aiding and abetting crime which
usually never results in jail time, unless it's coupled with other charges.

I'm not looking forward to probation but it's much better than house
arrest. My lawyers will handle the paperwork and I shouldn't have any
travel restrictions
