I'm using the administrative web interface at
https://mailinglists.dyne.org/cgi-bin/mailman/admindb/unsystem . Using
that interface, i see Message Headers which are fine, and Message
Excerpt. In the Message Excerpt there are parts that are readable, but
the content is just "?", for example:

I couldn't agree more about the moderation and try to avoid it. And,
almost every one of these has been from non-members of the list. So, i'm
guessing that they are all spam. I regularly get email in utf8 and see
other languages just fine, but this interface doesn't show them. If i
get a message from a member that has been flagged, and all i see is "?",
i'm not sure what i will do.
