I first starting thinking about critical making through the early days of bricolabs with Rob vk, jaromil, Felipe, jmn, all the rest. Key part of it - not enough to just make, and not just enough to make critical things, but need to develop relationships to material world that allow it speak to us, ways of being that highlight that all acts of production produce not just objects but ourselves, our social relationships, and our world. The Summit in
Yogyakarta is a big step towards a brico- world!
