I have no evidence that the CIA is exclusively evil. I don't think it needs to exist, just as I think CPAs are a waste of brainpower―since I don't thing formalized governments from which we cannot opt out should exist―but I can't logically conclude that anyone who breathes the same air as anyone in the CIA is automatically Scar from goddamn Lion King. If not Jesus-level-fictionally-perfect then villain? We're all villains, bro. None of us is even close to perfect, not you, not me, not Cody, and yeah, not Peter Thiel.
How we deal with that is important, but passing that level of certain judgement about someone based on a Wikipedia page full of neutral information is not something I can support. Just because he's made decisions that are regrettable only in 20/20 hindsight doesn't make him a villain. Real life's not a Disney movie, and people aren't binary.
