It's pretty simple really. The government is not doing what the people want
- they lie to get into office, then do whatever they please calling it
democracy. Libdem/Labour/Conservative seem to be all the same in the end.
So the UKIP offer to address something that actually bothers people in the
UK, and clearly will do something about it. The government have only
themselves to blame for this: rather than follow the will of the people,
they are following their own agenda. It's also quite amusing to watch how
the "undesirable" parties are labelled as extremists, racists and
terrorists in some cases - but isn't this just part of the game? After all,
yesterday's "terrorists and bigots" are now today's mainstream politicians
in N.Ireland. This is all BS. If the government in the UK would actually
protect British rights, there would be no need for UKIP. FWIW, immigration
control in the UK has unfairly aimed at non-EU citizens simply because they
are the only people subject to immigration controls. Anyone from EU can
live/work/claim benefits in the UK without any application, they just hop
on a train and move. Non-EU citizens have to apply for visas. Since it's
not possible to cut down EU migration (without pulling out of EU) the
politicians opt to harm non-EU people. That is frankly racist. UKIP on the
other hand are saying all migration should be controlled, including from
the EU. This also affects British citizens who for example, are now are
deprived of the ability to bring their foreign spouses to the UK because of
these draconian rules now (requiring all sort of unattainable requirements)
- only rich people can afford the visas and meet the requirements, yet
anyone can walk in from the EU and claim benefits.

While I am very surprised the UKIP got serious share of the electorate
considering their bad image, it's clear why they got the vote.

This is the beginning of a meltdown, not only of the financial system, but
now Europe itself. Don't be surprised, this is the time of great paradigm
shifts and great turmoil is ahead for sure.
