obviously i forgot about the 1.4 release which has not been tagged in
the git repository.
whoever is in charge (jaromil?), please add git-tags for all releases.

also: is there a way to get a direct link to the downloadable
release-tarballs?
my usual packaging workflow involved automatic checking whether there
are new upstream releases, and if so do an automated fetching of the
tarball.
but on dyne.org, the URL
https://files.dyne.org/frei0r/releases/frei0r-plugins-1.4.tar.gz does
not point to a tgz, but to some html-file that redirects to some php
download script, which does not at all look too encouraging to ue in
an automated process. (i understand the plea for donors and sponsors,
but this doesn't mean that everybody should have to go through hoops)
