Tárgy: Re: [unSYSTEM] Dark Wallet reputation system
Brian, the main dev, is awesome and I think he made the right decision for now opting for a web of trust model combined with proof of burn. Ultimately these will need to be supplemented by better systems that will make OpenBazaar far more trustworthy than using ebay etc, even for capital intensive goods and services.

Looks like the main dev is opting for a
simple web of trust model, hopefully incorporating proof of burn,
but he's open to changing it down the road if needed. In my
opinion decentralized markets are the most important step for
agorism after quality wallets (such as dark wallet) so we should
join Washington Sanchez and work to develop this project
thoughtfully and with a mind towards as many trust-less features
      as possible.

Of course you can't discuss this whole subject without
          bringing up Justus Ranvier's
Lex Cryptographia (http://bitcoinism.blogspot.com.au/2013/12/lex-cryptographia.html)

Taking a page from his article, I made the attached
          suggestion.

It would be interesting to explore a
decentralized trust network by the likes of
                    Powertrust (
http://gridsec.usc.edu/files/publications/TPDS-0463-1105.R2-Final-June21.pdf).
I am pretty sure SR was storing and distributing
                    trust values centrally.

                                          any existing systems? What are
