Take a look at learning Python, and see Code Academy tutorials. There's
lots of good tutorials on the internet.
For doing the graphics and making the game, see PyGame.
If you want to make a website then take a look at AngularJS and some
tutorials for HTML + Javascript. I don't know too much about web dev
though...
