This Catcoin concept makes me smile, not sure how well it will work
out but it sounds well intentioned.
I thought of a word yesterday, it's like cryptocurrency but more
all-encompassing. Unlike bitcoin the rules *could* be malleable if the
users saw fit. The word is CryptoDemocracy and although I don't know
what it is yet, I think I like it.
