Thanks Drak, have seen some mesh ideas before, this one seems good. Their white paper seems to be elaborate.
Jacob... I'm pretty sure they have their own regulations for satellites too. I think we have more chance on the ground, they can do whatever they want in space, we can't defend a node if we can't physically defend it. And if FCC doesn't like it... then it's their problem, come and take it if they can. Making rules is one thing, enforcing them is another.
