I seem to recall that some rather nasty people have in the past acquired
nuclear weapons and set them off in our back yard, hundreds of times.

As a matter of fact, exactly one hundred percent of those nasty people
were state agents, and exactly one hundred percent of the money used to
acquire and deploy the weapons and to pay the people involved was stolen
from other people under the euphemism of taxation and the grand fraud
that is central bank inflation.

But hey, my memory can be faulty...
