And yet we haven't swallowed it. The horde and I go on happily adhering to
those outmoded sex norms.

And the norms really do come down to sex, for which gender is no synonym.
Might I offer that the intentional effort to neutralize sex differences in
our community engagements comes from a sublimated moral delusion?
