I also want to put funds towards devs.

Instead of paying one time bounties, I've been thinking to gather
everyone + their BTC address (even those with small involvement) and
list them here:
https://wiki.unsystem.net/index.php/Libbitcoin/Team

And then fund people for their ongoing work / give others funds to
allocate to others too. Still thinking about best and fairest method.
