also if you can attract talent to your space by building base
infrastructure then will help build the space. not sure if that's your
plan though. i feel like you're not just helping homeless, but working
with homeless. the last shot in the video was looking down at the poor
dude. but it's not about changing people to fit us, but help people
(through understanding) become themselves and find ways to live
altogether.
