Ok, we don-t have all the numbers yet, but roughly I think will go
like this:

Infrastructure
servers: 10K (buying machines + 1 year operations)
location: 10K (offices, repairs...)

Hackatons: 5-10K (trips, food, "spices"...)

Admin+Dev: 100 hand / person / month
           ALL costs covered (200 / person / month but can be more or
less depending)
           open to initial devs but can be open to more ppl

Extras:

Bounties

Appropriate tasks will be made into bounties so community can
participate too.

Solidarity

Solidarity actions where we see appropriate for strategic reasons.

Amir tells me this is for your internal use... I can ellaborate a bit
more if you give me time to think all the details. We would like to
have a good balance among freedom and community in how funds are
managed, aiming for shared economy of unsystem.. so it gets tricky
thinking about the perfect balance. Anyways now we are focusing on
having all necessities of ppl in the project covered so they can work
on this and use their mind with no worries... you get the idea.

Let me know what you think about the general idea. We-re now in an
event in spain and a bit busy, but we can work on anything you totally
need... otherwise we will be full on this as soon as we come back
anyways and start producing cool shit right away (next week).
