A personal computer using GNU/Linux, FLDigi software, a simple
interface connected to a radio transmitter on shortwaves... a
piece of wire for antenna, only 5W, and you can be heard
anywhere(*) using some interesting protocol like PSK-31, that is
way powerful and noise-resistant than CW :)

(*) you have to know a little about propagation to choose best
tramsmission times :)
