Yes I agree that is important. I like the idea of tags being used to
sync media to specific repos and for me this is the main body of work
(getting tag recognition into upstream git-annex)

Yes I am although I am not sure I will be able to participate. I have
a couple of large software projects which need to be delivered around
the time
of the conference unfortunately
