not sure what do you think if you even saw them.

I saw them from NBC which is a "decent" US based TV channel and on that it
looked like purely dramatized sports, like an editorial group would steer
any coverage of events on the ground to emerge certain profiles and stories

the final ceremony was not a ceremony, but a show (they should call things
with their name! but no! just like enterprise/university and
culture/industry...) I was surprised it was so kitsch, I'm not sure what's
happening to the UK but from what I've seen it looks like another cultural
meltdown. Next time someone asks me what philosophers mean when they talk
about the "end of history" I'll point out the London Olympics final ceremony

hope no bricos were hurt, nor experiments were conducted on them to reach
such results
