Is there an appropriate mailing list for discussing TBT, Time Based
Text?

I'm very interesting in the subject and started "brainstorming" to come
up with a poetry event for a literary festival or something similar;
however I might want to integrate the capturing software in a more
userfriendly, possibly browser-friendly UI (java? ajax, even?) so
sometimes i'd like to hear is somebody has some ideas already :-)
