maybe (and only maybe!) you have sata dvd-rom and kernel don't have
the right driver.
try this:

1. take a usb pen and copy on it the dyne/ directory
2. reboot with the usb pen AND the cdrom inside.

maybe this way work.

(if it asks for an upgrade don't do it. it's a problem dyne has with
the FAT32 filesystem)
