you can probably omit -sameq since -target dv implies dv quality --
therefore "ffmpeg -i yourfile.MOD -target dv outputfile.dv" should work. I
think -target dv-pal and dv-ntsc are valid options if you need it in pal /
ntsc (it defaults to pal, i believe) .
I haven't ever interacted with .MOD files, so hopefully it works and this
way you *should* be able to import the material into cinelerra or kino ...
but of course, then your job has only just begun ... ;) - best of luck!!
