Dyne:Bolic is a great system, but unfortunately it's difficult to have
any information about the installed package and further customize
them(adding, removing, updating..).
that's why I suggest to use a package management system preferably
pkgsrc that is used mainly by NetBSD and some linux distros, the
advantage is that it can install both precompiled binary package as well
as source package with this package management, and also keep the
packages tree separate(in /usr/pkg/) from the main os.
