Try disconnecting and reconnecting ur usb drives. When ever I boot or reboot d:b has never read my usb drives until I disconnect and reconnect them. Works for me so maybe it might work for u.

re all,
i downloaded FUSBi
it installed
i ran it and it told me that it needed mtools for the usb
i installed mtools
i ran FUSBi again
selected the dyne 2.5.2 iso on my hard drive
plugged in my usb hard drive
it told me that the usb drive needed to be fat32
i ran qparted and changed the 9gig partition from ext3 to fat32
i rebooted the computer
i ran the FUSBi again
select dyne 2.5.2 iso
it did not show any drives in the select drive box which is just to the
right of the type box which is set on usb drive...i have two usb drives
plugged in
that's it.
