I think I've seen rosegarden somewhere within the software included, AFAIR
it has lilipond bundled.
There is no linuxsampler (or there is?), but you have some other tools
(freewheelin? sooperlooper? timemachine? PureData? some of them for sure :),
hope they can do good job for you.
I'm still confused with old pure:dyne packages. Forgive me.
