Hmm, strange, works fine for me... Markus and v/x, is the md5 hash of the
downloaded iso correct ? Are there any error messages if you run cinelerra
from console?

Mplayer cannot find the skin file. Try in a terminal
ls -lah /usr/share/mplayer/skins and post your output.
