Claudia, the surest way to NOT be unsubscribed to a mailing list is to
post a message to the mailing list asking to be unsubscribed. I do not
mean that as criticism, it's just a fact of life. And you have a lot
of good company; it's probably one of the most frequent mistakes made
on mailing lists.

At the bottom of each message is a link to the main page for the
mailing list. You should find instructions there on how to
unsubscribe.
